QingJi·ChengShi ("the App") is an AI-powered goal management tool driven by thinking models, helping you break down goals, plan actions, and consolidate experience. We take your privacy very seriously. This policy explains how the App collects, uses, and protects your data.

What Data We Collect

Your core data (goals, milestones, phase progress, progress records, profile) is stored locally on your device by default and automatically synced across your devices through your Apple iCloud (if you enable iCloud). We do not upload this data to our own servers, and we do not use it for advertising.

AI Conversation & Third-Party Services

The AI-guided conversation feature is powered by third-party large language model providers. When you use AI conversation or AI goal breakdown features, the content you input and related goal context (such as the goal description and current plan phase) are sent through our relay service (built on Cloudflare Workers, api.shxlab.com) to a third-party LLM provider to generate the reply. Currently integrated providers include DeepSeek, Alibaba Qwen, and Zhipu AI (GLM); the relay automatically selects one based on availability and cost. Your input is used solely for the current reply generation, and the relay does not retain conversation content. For daily usage control (free quota / subscription tier / points), the relay records a device-generated anonymous identifier along with the daily request count and token volume. This statistic contains no conversation content and is used only for quota management. We do not use your content for any other purpose, training, or profiling. Please do not enter sensitive personal information such as ID numbers, bank card numbers, or medical records in conversations.

AI Personalization & Your Data

To provide AI guidance more tailored to your career and goals, with your consent (you can turn it off anytime at "Settings → AI Context → AI Uses My Profile as Context"), the App sends a summary of your profile—such as your career, goal overview (in-progress / completed / consecutive days), most recently completed goal, and unlocked badges—to the third-party LLM provider with each conversation to generate the reply. This information is used as a summary only, excluding photo content, full chat transcripts, and account identifiers, is used solely for generating the current reply, and is never used for training or profiling commercialization. When the toggle is off, AI will only use the current goal context, and no functionality is affected.

Photo Library Access

To set a custom avatar or add progress-record images, the App uses the system photo picker (PhotosPicker) and reads only the photos you actively select. Photos are processed and stored only on your device, synced via iCloud (if enabled), and are never uploaded to our own servers. The App does not offer a camera capture feature and does not require camera access.

Local Storage & iCloud Sync

Your goals and records are synced through Apple's CloudKit (SwiftData) to your iCloud account, protected by your Apple ID security. If you disable iCloud, data remains on this device only.

Deleting Your Data

You can delete all local data in one tap via "Settings → Account Management → Wipe Data (Clear Local Data)" inside the App. iCloud-synced data can be removed in System Settings by deleting the App's iCloud data, or by choosing "Delete Data from iCloud" when deleting the App.

Children's Privacy

This App is designed for adult professionals and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date at the top of the page will apply.
