QingJi Watermark Camera ("the App") is a watermark camera. By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Service Description
The App helps users take photos and automatically add time, location, weather, and other watermarks, with multiple themes, templates, and stamp styles. All photo capture and watermark composition is performed locally on your device; no photos or data are uploaded. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service without prior notice.
2. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App for any illegal or infringing activities, including but not limited to using watermarked photos for false documentation, forged credentials, infringement, or fraud. You are solely responsible for the photos you capture and generate with the App; please do not use watermark information to mislead others.
3. Intellectual Property
The App's source code, interface design, icons, built-in templates, and stamp styles are the intellectual property of the developer. Reverse engineering, copying, or derivative development of the App is prohibited without the developer's written permission.
4. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for data loss or service interruption caused by misuse, device failure, inaccurate location or weather data, or other circumstances, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist with recovery. Saved photos are managed by the system photo library; deletion goes through the system's "Recently Deleted" folder as a recovery buffer.
5. In-App Purchases
This App is free to download with a one-time Pro purchase to unlock all features. Transactions are processed by the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not directly handle payment or refund requests.
6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the competent court in the developer's jurisdiction.
